Врз основа на член 4 и член 12 од Законот за слободен пристап до информации од јавен карактер (Службен весник на Република Северна Македонија број 101/2019), од Имателот ја барам следната информација од јавен карактер:

Во согласност со Законот за слободен пристап до информации од јавен карактер, љубезно барам пристап до следната форензичка медицинска документација поврзана со случајот на Владе Танески (Кичево, 2005–2008):

1. Обдукциски извештаи и форензичка медицинска документација за сите познати жртви во случајот Танески, вклучувајќи:

-обдукциски протоколи,

-наоди од форензичка патологија,

-токсиколошки извештаи,

-процена на времето на смртта,

-форензичка анализа на повреди.

2. Форензичката медицинска документација поврзана со смртта на Владе Танески во притворскиот центар во Кичево (јуни 2008), вклучувајќи:

-обдукциски извештај,

-медицинска документација/наоди,

-токсиколошки извештај,

-експертски заклучоци за причината и начинот на смртта.

Љубезно ве молам документите да ми бидат доставени во електронска форма (PDF или скенирани копии), доколку се достапни.
Ова барање е поднесено за потребите на истражувачко новинарство и во јавен интерес.

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Министерство за правда's handling of my FOI request 'Барање за обдукциски извештаи и форензичка документација за случајот Владо Танески'.

I am requesting an internal review because the Ministry has failed to respond to my Freedom of Information request within the statutory deadline.

My original request concerns autopsy reports and forensic documentation related to the death of Vlado Taneski, a case of significant public interest in North Macedonia. The requested materials relate to a high-profile criminal investigation involving multiple homicides and unresolved questions surrounding the suspect’s death in custody.

Under the Law on Free Access to Public Information, the authority is obliged to respond within the legally prescribed time frame. As of today, no substantive response has been provided, nor have I received a formal decision explaining any lawful grounds for refusal, partial disclosure, or extension of the deadline.

I would like to emphasize that my request is made for journalistic and research purposes, in line with the public interest. The case of Vlado Taneski has been widely covered by international media and remains the subject of ongoing public debate.

If any parts of the requested documentation are considered exempt from disclosure, I formally request that:
- this be clearly specified,
- the legal basis for each exemption be cited,
- and all non-exempt portions be released in accordance with the principle of partial disclosure.

Given the lack of response beyond the statutory deadline, I respectfully request that this internal review ensure compliance with the law and result in a prompt, reasoned decision.
